Privacy Policy for Jeenitech Apps

This Privacy Policy describes how information is collected, used, stored, and protected when you use the following mobile applications published by Jeenitech ("we", "us"):

• J. Brothers Sales Management System (package: com.jbrothers.sms) — covered in Part A.
• Jeeni Commerce (package: com.jeenitech.commercemobile) — covered in Part B.

The two apps work very differently, so each has its own part. Part C applies to both.

Part A — J. Brothers Sales Management System

This part describes how J. Brothers Sales Management System ("the App") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our mobile application (package: com.jbrothers.sms).

A1. Information We Collect

The App is a business sales-management tool used by our staff, bookers/delivery personnel, and customers. The App does not support self-registration — user accounts are created and managed by J. Brothers administrators/authorized personnel through a separate back-office system, and App users can only log in with credentials issued to them. Depending on your role, the following information is collected and made available through the App:

• Account credentials: username and password, used to log in to the App. Accounts are provisioned by administrators via our back-office system, not created by end users within the App.
• Customer information: name, contact person, phone number, address, city/area.
• Employee/booker information: name, CNIC (national ID) number, contact numbers, email address. This information is entered into our back-office system by administrators/authorized personnel, not self-reported by employees through the App.
• Order, invoice, and ledger data: products ordered, invoice amounts, payment status, and running customer account balances.
• Payment voucher details: the cash amount or cheque amount entered against a customer payment. The App does not collect cheque numbers, bank names, or bank account details.
• Device and usage data: basic technical information (e.g. network connectivity status) needed for the App to function.
• Location information: precise (GPS) or approximate device location, collected from bookers'/delivery personnel's devices, used to record the locations and routes taken while visiting customers.

Location information is collected only from staff/booker accounts used for field visits, for the purpose described in Section A2 below. Customer-role accounts and office/admin accounts are not tracked for location.

A2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

• Operate core App features: order taking, invoicing, customer ledgers, and payment vouchers.
• Maintain and sync your account and business data between your device and our servers so records stay consistent across staff and devices.
• Generate and share documents (e.g. invoice and ledger PDFs) that you choose to export or share.
• Track booker/delivery personnel location and travel routes, so that admins can view visit locations and route history for operational oversight and customer-visit verification. Location data is visible only to authorized admin accounts within J. Brothers, not to customers or the general public.
• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain the security and proper functioning of the App.

We do not use your information for advertising, and the App does not integrate any third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

A3. Where Your Information Is Stored

Your data is stored in two places:

• Locally on your device, in an encrypted/app-private local database, to allow offline access to recently used data.
• On our servers, to keep business records synchronized across devices and staff, and to maintain a reliable backup of your business data.

A4. Data Retention

• Account and business data (customers, orders, invoices, ledgers, vouchers) is retained for as long as your account remains active with J. Brothers.
• Location/route data collected from booker accounts is retained for up to 3 years for operational recordkeeping purposes, after which it is deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
• After account closure or a request for deletion, we retain business records for up to 3 years to comply with applicable accounting, tax, and legal recordkeeping obligations, after which the data is deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
• Data cached locally on your device is retained until you log out, uninstall the App, or clear the App's data through your device settings.

A5. Data Deletion

If you would like to request deletion of your personal data (or your organization's data) held by us:

• Email us at jeenitechnologies@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", including your account/customer name and registered contact number so we can verify your identity.
• We will process verified deletion requests within 30 days, except where we are required or permitted by law (e.g. tax/accounting regulations) to retain certain financial records for up to 3 years, in which case we will inform you of the applicable retention period.
• Local data on your own device can be deleted at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing its storage from your device's App Settings.

A6. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers who help us operate the App's backend infrastructure, bound to use the data only to perform those services.
• Authorities, where required by law, regulation, or legal process.

A7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Part B — Jeeni Commerce

Jeeni Commerce ("the App", package: com.jeenitech.commercemobile) is an offline business-management and point-of-sale app for small shops. It works on a single device with no account and no server. This part explains what that means for your information.

B1. Your business data stays on your device

Everything you enter into the App — your business name and optional logo, products and stock, customers, suppliers, sales, purchases, expenses, payments, owner cash entries, cash counts, and the reports built from them — is stored in a private database on your own device. The App has no sign-up or login, and we do not run any server that receives this data.

If you record details about your own customers or suppliers (for example names, phone numbers, or addresses), that information also stays only on your device, and you are responsible for it as the owner of your business.

B2. What we do not collect

• We do not collect, receive, or store any of your business data, personal data, or device identifiers.
• The App does not use location, contacts, microphone, or advertising identifiers.
• The App contains no advertising and no third-party analytics, tracking, or crash-reporting services.
• The App does not send your data over the internet in the background. The only network activity is opening the Jeenitech website in your browser if you tap that link.

B3. Permissions the App may ask for

• Camera / photos: only if you choose to set a business logo. The chosen image is kept on your device and used on your documents and screens. It is not uploaded anywhere.

B4. Sharing and exporting — only when you choose

• Documents and reports: when you tap share or export on an invoice, receipt, or report, the App creates a PDF and opens your device's share sheet. You decide which app and which person receives it.
• Report a problem: this feature prepares a diagnostic report (recent app events, app version, device operating-system version, and your business name and internal ID) and opens the share sheet so you can email it to us. Nothing is sent unless you choose to send it. If you do, we receive only what is in that report and will use it solely to find and fix the problem.

B5. Device backups

Android may include an app's data in your device backup to your Google account, depending on your device and Google settings. That is handled by Google under its own terms; we have no access to it. You can manage it in your device's Settings.

B6. Retention and deletion

• Your data stays on your device until you remove it. Uninstalling the App, or clearing its storage in your device's App Settings, permanently deletes it from the device.
• Because we hold no copy of your data, we cannot view, recover, or delete it for you, and we cannot restore it if your device is lost, reset, or the App is uninstalled (other than through a device backup you have set up yourself).
• If you sent us a problem report and want it deleted, email us at the address in Part C.

B7. Security

The App's database is kept in storage private to the App, which other apps cannot read under normal Android protections. We recommend using a screen lock on your device. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Part C — Applies to both apps

C1. Children's Privacy

Our apps are business tools not directed at, or intended for use by, anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it.

C2. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
